MARTABAK WEST BORNEO (INDONESIA)
Mimin has a new one here, snacks from West Kalimantan where the Mimin area itself, let's take a look at the recipe guaranteed jos :)
Material :
Material (1)
- 400 ml of boiled water
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp fermipan
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
Material (2)
- 2 cups of munjung star fruit (kurleb 300gr) flour (blue triangle)
- 1 small vanilla sachet (2gr)
- 1 tsp salt
Material (3)
- 1 tsp Backing soda / baking soda
- Margarine / spread
- optional Topping
How to make :
Dissolve the ingredients (1), add ingredients (2), stir using the wisk until it is completely dissolved & not crumbling. Leave it + - 50 minutes until air spots
Heat the Teflon with low heat + - 5 minutes. Don't overheat so it doesn't burn.
Pour the mixture. Tilt the teflon to rotate to form a crust on the edges. Wait until the holes are on the surface, sprinkle white sugar. Cover & wait until it's completely cooked.
Lift the butter while it's hot, give the topping to your taste.
