NASI GORENG ISTIMEWA (INDONESIA)
How to make:- 4 white rice dishes
- 5 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 3 red onion cloves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1 stalk of leeks, thinly sliced
- 7 cayenne fruit, thinly sliced
- 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons spicy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- As much as salt
- Adequate sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- A little oil
- Stuff Material:
- 1 egg
- 10 beef baso (optional)
- 2 pieces of cabbage, sliced lengthwise
- 1 pete board (optional)
Prepare the ingredients. Heat a little cooking oil, add butter, wait until the butter melts.
Add the onion, garlic and chili. Saute until fragrant.
Add the eggs, then scramble until the eggs are cooked. Add beef and bacon meatballs, stir until well blended.
Add the rice, add sugar, salt, sweet soy sauce, sauce and oyster sauce. Stir until well blended.
Finally, add the onions, cabbage and leeks. Stir until well blended and withered. Don't forget to taste test. Fried rice ready to be served.
