Grilled catfish is one of Indonesia's culinary foods curious about its taste, peek at the recipe :)Material :
- Catfish, clean it - 500 grams
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Tamarind, soak with hot water, take the water - 1/2 pack
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sweet soy sauce - 2 tbsp

- Ground spices:
- Shallots - 4 cloves
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ginger - 2 segments
- Coriander, roasted - 1 tsp
- Chilli criticism - 3 sticks
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
How to make :
Wash the catfish thoroughly, coat it with lime juice and salt, let stand for a moment.
Half-fry in hot oil, set aside.
Saute the spices until they're cooked and fragrant, add sweet soy sauce and sour water.
Mix well and taste correction.
Smear catfish with sauteed seasoning, leave it for ± 30 minutes.
Heat the grill pan, apply a little oil then burn the fish until cooked.
Serve with chili and vegetables.
Addition:
To avoid the smell of mud in fish, coat it with orange juice.
Fry the fish first to make it easy to cook.
