Santan Chicken Soto
Material :
- 1 small size chicken, cut into small pieces
- 3 sticks of lemongrass, bruised
- 5 leaves of kaffir lime
- 2 bay leaves
- Adequate sugar and salt
- Enough water (chicken broth)
- 100 ml of instant coconut milk
- Smoothed ingredients:
- 6 garlic cloves
- 6 red onion cloves
- 2 cm of ginger
- 3 turmeric segments
- 2 cm galangal
- 2 pecan nuts
Supplementary material:
- Potato Chips
- Potato chips (homemade)
- Chives and celery are finely chopped
- Boiled eggs
- Sliced tomatoes
- Fried onions
- Cayenne pepper (for those who like spicy)
How to make :
Boil the chicken until soft, set aside.
Sauté the mashed spices until fragrant, add orange leaves, greetings, and lemongrass.
Add the chicken and the cooking water. Add coconut milk. Wait until it boils while stirring.
Reduce the heat, then add salt and sugar to taste.
Place in a bowl, add complementary ingredients.
This is the fries. Little one really likes.
