Seasoning Egg
Material :- 7 btr Chicken Eggs, boiled
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Java Sugar
- to taste Chicken Powder Broth
- to taste Salt
- Seasoning that puree:
- 10 btr Red Onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 10 pcs of Red Chillies
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 btr Kemiri
How to make :
Fry the eggs for a while. You can also have yellowish skin.
Saute fine herbs until fragrant.
Add salt, powdered broth and Javanese sugar.
Enter the egg and sweet soy sauce. Stir briefly and ready to serve.
